See it quite a few places where 2 panels meet or around some trim. Rubbing compound doesn't do much as it seems to be in the paint. Is it mold? How to remove?

I find that rubbing compound goes into super mode if you rub hard and fast long enough for it to start to heat up the paint. Seriously. Probably stain from years of goo sitting on top of the molding?
If rubbing compound didn't work I'd try some Goof Off. If that didn't work I'd try a fiberglass sanding pen.

Don't have any bleach but do have some mildew remover.
Wow, perfect circle, perfect elongated rectangle ( like a hockey rink) perfect dot. That’s weird.

If those spots are raised above the paint, it's not mildew or mold but likely shotgun fungus from mulch. If it's shotgun fungus, you won't get it off.

60 grit on the pneumatic belt sander!
You can use Magic Eraser on suede , so not the same.
Go lightly and try it. It won't damage the paint if you go slow and easy.
