What's there to lubricate on a Tesla ?

I agree, very much a no service vehicle.

May drivers in So Cal don't change brake fluid for more than 10-15 years and they didn't have any braking problem.

In a not so dusty area cabin filter can lasted 5-6 year or 50-60k miles.

It's a rear wheel drive so tire rotation isn't needed as often as FWD, once every 10k miles is okay.

Only thing that is needed regularly is plug in charger once every 3-4 days if the car isn't drive more than 30-40 miles a day.
 
The idea of a rotation on a Tesla is funny, maybe you can do side to side. They have staggered fitment on the Sport models, which around here most are. 245/35/21XL front and 265/35/21XL rear and the only matching sets from my vendors are Michelin PS2s. So you will get maybe 10-15K out of the tires anyway.
