What year is this GM PF47 filter?pic

As title says.,see it on eBay $9.00.it looks really cool! I emailed the seller,asking for any kind of production date on the box,filter.nothing..just said it says it fits 1980-85 AMC,and GMS 1976-1992.
Any idea on date the filter was made?and!!!could it be usable for heavy stop n g o traffic ,3,000 miles?

Looks like mid 90s. Whip City Wrencher on YouTube would like that filter. He cut open one even older than that(late 80s/early 90s), along with a PF47E a few days ago to compare the two.

Why buy and use old filters off eBay when you can get a new filter now for the same price or a little more that would be a lot better.

I could see buying these new old filters if someone was some kind of automotive type collector. To use, not so much.
