I have a 2002 Honda Civic that has always had conventional oil in it. It has 150,000 miles and I was considering switching to synthetic so that i can go longer intervals. Is there any particular synthetic that would be better for my situation. Manual recommends API 5w20. The car seems to not be burning much oil at all.

I have been changing it every 3000 miles, but would like to get at least 6000 miles out of a synthetic
Mobil EP 5W-20 or ASM for 10K miles; back up by UOA

For a 6,000 mile oci. Walmart, Napa, Kendall synthetics, PP, QS.
For 10,000 - 12,000 oci M1, Royal P, Red Line, Amsoil
For 10,000 - 12,000 oci M1, Royal P, Red Line, Amsoil

As posted and to add I would say 5,000 for dino and 10,000 for the syns and uoa over 10,000 miles.
You could also go with Motorcraft 5w20 semi syn at get 6000 miles. For $11 how can you go wrong? If you want a Full Synthetic then maybe mobil 1 0w20 or 5w20. PP will do 6000 miles easily also. Napa brand synthetic is inexpensive and will do 6k easily also.
Honda engines are very easy on oil. 6-7k OCI with any dino, 8-10k OCI with PP, Synpower ...

Seconded. Most conventional oils are good for at least 5,000 miles with normal use. Mobil Clean 5000 even says they're good for 10,000 miles if that's what the car manufacturer calls for, but I personally wouldn't stretch it that far.

Keep using conventional oil, you will easily get another 250K miles out of that engine.

What benefit would switching have? The conventional has served you well this long, what's to say it won't work well for an equally long period of time?
Don't get me wrong, I love trying out new things, but if the oil you've been using this long has taken you this far, why not slowly increase OCIs (say 1000mi each change?) and do a used oil analysis at each change to see how well things are holding up? If wear and oil properties hold up well at 6,000mi OCIs with conventional, why not run it?
