you are a mechanic and you think your cars have sumps that hold 6+liters of oil? seems like you should be a bit more knowledgeable than that. did you ever consider consulting the owner's manual that they gave you for your $90,000 M5? Surely they must give a hint in there. If not, I recommend a 75w-140 viscosity oil because a V-10 engine has a lot more valves than a V-8 and a 5w30 or 10w-40 dosen't have enough viscosities for all those valves
i didnt bother reading the manual yet. im pretty sure that they hold more than six liters haha 75w-140 thats like gear oil

I suggest that you explain just how you came about getting all these vehicles that are quite high-end and well above and beyond that which the average well-educated, homeowner earning a good living can afford.
Yes, surely it is none ofany of our business, but to be quite honest, given your writing skills, punctuation skills, and overall mannerisms in asking questions, coupled with your apparent 'newness' to the working world, in a job that, to be frank, will not pay much unless you own your own successful shop, equates to a scenario where people are quite suspicious and have to wonder about the nature of what you are even asking.
Yes, I may not type my posts in the Queen's English. True, I might use punctuation incorrectly sometimes, and we all do. However, the manner of which your queries come in, your age and experience, do not equate to the vehicles that you 'own', and are asking about.
While most of us surely have less real mechanical experience than you do coming out of school, we are generally all professional when it comes to the desire to gain knowledge regarding the lubrication necessities and optimizations that we desire to do to our vehicles. You need not make any 'claims' that are not true (Im not saying youre lying, Im just giving some FYI), to try to gain respect or anything else on here. As I said, we are all quite professional on here, and we are mostly all well-educated 'professionals' in our respective lines of work. We are not compensating for small schlongs or trying to prop ourselves up, the way you find people acting on other forums. This is quite the civilized place.
So, going back to my first paragraph, how about a well formulated introduction. An explanation of what you have, how you use it, how it is stored, how you drive, whatkinds of roads/traffic you encounter, etc., so that you can help us help you. I don't care if you have an 07 M5 or an 87 civic, we all have the same goals here, and can help each other out and learn while we are at it, if we are open, polite, well-written and straightforward.
