The JLTV aka L-ATV is the replacement for the M-ATV. I like alphabet soup.

The JLTV is the mrap version of the humvee with better capabilities. (If you squint at look at the 2 from outer space)
and the LATV is a kissing cousin made and marketed to meet commercial and international requirements. AKA similar but different.
