If not, it likely will be a hindrance. Too many slobs call them "get out of jail free" cards. At best they invite a courteous exchange.

what is pba card
It's kind of a New Jersey thing for people who might come into contact with law enforcement. A guy named Joseph would know about them, maybe ask him.
I'm not sure of his current screen name though. Perhaps you do?

They get you early release from the big house even if you didn't exhibit good behavior while incarcerated.
