What is the difference between UB80F and UA80F - Toyota/Lexus Direct shift 8 Speed?

Hi, what is the main difference between Toyota / Lexus UA80F and UB80F Direct shift 8 Speed, is it reliable?, what is the maintenance schedule for this transmission and does it have a replaceable transmission filter and where its location?!
