You should have the center diff lock, not the rear in your 4-runner. Even if you did have the LSD, amsoil severe gear already has the additive in it.
Amsoil severe gear 75w90 gets my vote. The best you can get.
Note: The severe gear is a gl-5 lube, so make sure your owners manual says to use gl-5 in all 3 diffs. My 07 tundra is spec'd for all 3 diffs GL-5, but says i could use a GL-4 as well.
