what is happening & why - win 10

On some sites, if I click on a link it will go to a blank (dark) page. Works fine on most sites. Win 10 is the latest w/ updates. Has done the before updates.
Any ideas????

Does it do it with different browsers? Sounds like a possible browser issue, not Windows 10.

Or with a plugin in your browser? Ad blocker, Anti-tracking plugin?

Could be a browser trying to use some direct hardware graphics acceleration and there being a driver issue.
May we get a URL and link where this is happening?
