Pretty sure there are one or two other decent ones. Check cooper cs4.
It's hard to find 70 series 14" tires now a day, most vehicles since 2000 have 15" wheels or larger. You may have to settle with GT-Radial or go with T rated tire, you will have a lot more choices with T rated tires.
Shannow in Australia seems to like Maxxis, onlinetires.com has Maxxis with H rated in your size.

Ouch there were a few last summer when I was considering if I wanted to get some 15" MB wheels for my 300cd. I've always run h rated tires on those cars, though the options were getting slim.

The only H rated tires in that size are brands that I've never heard of.
Now, there are some T rated tires that are known to have a nylon cap ply in the size you need, like the Michelin Harmony and Defender, as well as the Altimax RT.
There are likely others as well.
I'd take a T rated tire of known performance over an unkown brand H rated tire, although I'd buy the name brand tires with an H rating if they were available.

What if you change tire size to 65 aspect ratio? You will need to know what your rim width is in order to select nominal P tire width, i.e. P195 for a 6" rim or P205 for 6 1/2" rim.

If I understand correctly, it is very difficult or unlikely to find a 70 profile tire with H rating. Most H rated start at 65 and go down to 55, then it is V going from 60 to 45 and Z going from 45 to below, etc.
That doesn't means you cannot find what you are looking for in 70 profile (i.e. cap ply, traction, etc). Some of the T rated tires may have the quality you want.
