What harm will insolubles in oil do to engine?

I just replaced the TP of my Frantz oil bypass filter over the weekend. The used TP looks dark brownish after 3k miles. The oil with 10k miles still looks clean. So, I decided to keep the original oil and full flow oil filter for a bit longer.

My concern is how the insolubles in the oil, which can not be filtered out by the TP, do any harm to the engine in the long run. Will the insolubles clog EGR valve or require more frequent cleaning of the throttle body?

TP filters stong point is removing insoluables. They shouldn't cause you any problems.

A used oil analysis would be educational. They don't make short term economic sense, but an occasional one is educational and may spot problems.

You first venture into long interval oil changes is good time to do some used oil analysis.

Any component that comes in contact with the fumes off the motor oil will eventually foul. It will take a lot longer with clean oil. The crankcase ventilation has to deal with water, unburned fuel, blow by gasses and that sort of thing. Even the best submicronic filters have to have help like the crankcase ventilation and oil heat.
I have been known to put a Motor Guard on the PCV line on the old cars when California started requiring them in the 60s. The TP got nasty in a hurry. I have done radical things like hooking up a vacuum pump to the outlet of a Motor Guard and letting the TP remove the smoke from a pack of cigarettes. Cigarettes are getting too expensive for that test.
