That's pretty quick. Maybe it's a result of your location and ambient temps?
Over here, during summer, it'll take 3-4 miles for the coolant temp to reach normal, but it'll take another 5-10 mins for oil temp to reach 200F or so. During winter, it takes significantly longer. That's based on our Q5 that can display oil temp. My 530i can't, and its coolant temp gauge is just a dummy gauge, like in most cars these days. It'll get to the 12 o'clock position as soon as coolant temp reaches 75C (167F), and that does only take a few miles during summer, but it'll take some more driving before it gets to around 200F, and I can only imagine oil temp will take even more driving before it catches up.
