What brand is XD oil?

Palut,

Is that XD-3 Extra Synthetic, with the 0W rating, or is it the XD-3 15W-40 stuff? I spoke to some distributors in the states who could get the 15W-40, but not the synthetics.

I will check later this week when I pass by Sam's Club.

Would 14 cases be considered stockpiling?

A case of oil is heavy, probably in the neighborhood of 30-35lbs so international shipping wouldn't be cheap. I'm guessing about $50 UPS ground putting the cost of a case at $120CDN or $100US or $5.95US/quart. Tacking on $10/case profit for the shipper puts it at $6.25/quart. It's not likely going to sell at that price.
