What are these?

Is the smaller a mango? It is a fruit.

Is the larger a papaya?

Someone gave me these whom gave it to them, neither knew what it was! Lol

That would be odd coloring for a Mango. Almost resembles a sweet potato of sorts.

It would be nice to have a little better definition in the pic but the small one looks more like a red mango to me...if only because the compact stem looks like a mango more than a pomegranate but they can have a similar coloration.

Papaya and a ripe mango to me. The typical pomegranate that I see is redder and rounded (more squat like an apple). They both look pretty ripe, so I'd say the best way to find out is to cut them open and enjoy!

For the papaya, I usually slice in half lengthwise, scoop out and discard the little black round seeds, then slice and cut into cubes like you'd do a watermelon. For the mango (if it is a mango), there is one large seed in the middle. I usually cut off the two flat sides off, cutting around the middle pit, the cut off the remaining edges. You can score the meat and flip inside out. Hard to describe, this video helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yE0NGXZ_HBs

Good luck, mangoes are my favorite fruit! I like papaya, but sometimes I don't love the smell, once I get over that and eat it, it's great. I like to make papaya milk.

I typed in Guatemala Caribbean Red 3112 and it came up as a Red Papaya.

The other came up as a Red Pear!

Thanks.
