yeah looks Ok timken is OK for bearings and light gears is this for the bike?
maynot ne sticky enough for you, but you can fix that.

Actually, these specs are of a multipurpose grease I came across when searching for info on Slick Honey, which is a bike grease that is used on suspension fork stanchions. A little grease is applied to prevent stiction while not having a negative effect on seals and oil bath fork components.

The maker of Slick Honey makes also the above-mentioned product, which is called Slickoleum. I can't find a spec sheet for Slick Honey, but I suspect that it's a less viscous version of Slickoleum.
