I can see this place from mine. In one pic they took I can see the back of my garage.

The dirt road to get to this house isn't as bad as mine but still 1+ mile off pavement.

Rock,sand,boulders,clay etc... they got all that when they drilled mine.

The amazing thing is that amount today, in this area, cannot get a 2 bed condo in one of those places where they build condos and shops. That's the construction I see in my area, not homes. How great, is it to live in a 2 bed or even 3 bed condo? Is it sheer awesomeness?

To my surprise a newer one is 1.3 mil. In my head, I say inflation, and then I also say, this ain't Boston. Yet, they still sell out.

So to do a reality check, think about a person buying a home for $555k. That's north of a half a million. What job, and what amount of cash, do they need for a downpayment.

My hunch is easy credit. Not as easy as 2008, but easy.
