What $297k gets you down the road from me

$297,000 wouldn't buy very much in my area. I paid $375k for my one bedroom apartment in 2021.

Those structures don't look so great. I wonder what the property would be worth if it was empty? The well and utility hook ups are welcome, though.

The 5 ac lot just north of me is @ $60k. Not sold yet. The cost to drill a well where that other property is runs about $100k. Probably $20k to run power so $120k + whatever someone wants to pay for property. I would guess $50k for vacant land .

My county insists modulars and mobiles appreciate, even if you don't own the land on which the mobile is placed.

It's purely coincidental this benefits their tax revenue I'm sure......
