Bush or someone else doesn't matter. Do you think the next president will revoke all the powers the current administration has acquired for the executive branch? If it's a Democrat then s/he will use the majority in the legislative branch to retain these powers.

I agree - but I didn't post that to go "political" I posted it because this could possibly the same person who gripes about losing......well you should get the picture by now.

I could care less about Cold medecine or wire taps, now the assult weapon ban, that needed to go and this president let it go. As long as you have guns, you have the freedom of the United States. The U.S wont even participate in the U.N talks of global disarment, because it conflicts with our rights and walked out on the talks about small arm disarment in the U.S, you all can say what you want, but its those freedoms we have that other countries dont or already lost.

What bugs me is the wierdest stuff in walmart... fuel injector cleaner, spray paint, bondo (maybe the paint thinner/hardener?), etc is age restricted to 18+ depending on where you live. But you can get a driver's license at 16. You can't maintain certain aspects of your car!

They've implemented their own age rules even when the law does not require it... like when video game ratings came out etc.

I was also carded once for a cigarette lighter (wanted to shrink some heat shrink tubing when I fixed some wiring) as if I had a carton of smokes at home, with no way to light them.
