Never heard of these but O’Reilly put various things on clearance and now carries these brands: Nexgen, Wizards, Bling Sauce Platinum.

Also Adam’s and Jay Leno Garage but we know those are fine. It’s those three I have never heard of. And honestly neither the packaging designs for Wizards and Bling Sauce Platinum give me the impression they are worth the price.

Anyone have any experience with these? It doesn’t matter to me as I am pretty loyal to Griot’s stuff, but I’m just curious!

BTW Clearance is all the Turtle Wax Mister Cartoon stuff, all the ProXone, along with some random Mothers, Meguiars, and more.

Wizards has been around a long time. Never seen them on a retail shelf.

Is it a good product? I would never purchase it simply because of the horrible outdated label design. Maybe that’s weird but if a brand wants to charge $20 for a little spray bottle of stuff they could at least invest in some label designs that look like they were made this century. Heck they could outsource to Fiverr or use Grok or ChatGPT and it would turn out better!!

I've only ever used their bodyshop-safe stuff. Not bad.

I'll take the "horrible design" over AI slop.

Don't judge a book by its cover.

I find it hard to keep track of all the new brands. But just because you don't recognize it doesn't mean there isn't a hidden gem. Without previously hearing about it i never would have randomly grabbed a bottle of 303 Aerospace protectant or Collinite 845.

I've used the Wizard product that is supposed to remove a very thin layer of clear coat. i use it on my windshield to remove the tiny pits in the glass.

O'Reilly sells Superior Products.

The trick is to buy concentrated products and add your own water.
exactly. once you use professional grade products its hard to find anything in an autopart store worth the price or that even works. Although I've found decent stuff at advance and oreillys on clearance for under a buck, like Armorall glass cleaner or turtle wax trim dye.

90% of detailing products are snake oil using similar chemistries in varying ratios from a handful of blenders. But it's fun to try and test them. There are also some great detailing products across multiple brands.

I have seen Wizard’s at least 35 years, car shows, swap meets, knew a guy that handled it. Just saw it on shelf somewhere recently. Bling sauce sounds like something from Trader Joe’s.
