Wear metals going up slighly, Why?

I just got the latest sample back on my ZX2 Escort. Wear appears to be increasing ever so slightly, but on a good note my Si is going down.
My trips for this last sample averaged 4 miles to work and 4 miles back. I wonder if that would make it elevated. Now my work commute is 23 miles each way. Maybe the almost all highway commute will improve things.

IF you lived up by me in ohio.. i'd say less dust in the winter.. and more cold start wear...

but in texas.. who knows.

I'd say more cold start wear, yes even in Texas. I'd be willing to bet once you get to that 23 mile commute things will improve. JMO
