Anyone use this?

Don't think there's much in common with WD-40 but may be wrong. Got it to try on car hinges.

It comes out in a big foamy clump but quickly reduces down to a thick liquid as the carrier (propane?) flashes off.

It seems easy to manipulate and use. Perhaps a straight weight oil doped with some MoS2 would be better for hinges, just drop it in...

But overall I think this stuff is good because it's not so thick and messy like grease, but also gives you about 30 seconds before it sets up, so it's nice to use in hardness to reach spots.

I generally dislike white lithium. Spray form is messy, in a tube it doesn't have the reach to apply in deep spaces that I can't get my hand into.

Haven't looked st lubriplate assembly grease, I'll check.

Generally I like an oil because it has a better chance of getting into the hinge contact areas. Greases may not, may collect dirt, and may harden up in time.

I also got some of their penetrating spray some time back. Granted the application wasn't rusty or corroded, but it worked well.

Ads recently popping up in my Facebook timeline for this product is anybody using it? I think this would be a good option for door hinges and garage doors but it may not be a great option when it's used like traditional WD-40 or PB blaster loosening Rusty bolts because it won't penetrate as well because it's thicker.

I bought WD-40 Gel Lubricant last year. I have used it in car door hinges & internal mechanisms near the latch, and for household door hinges. It works very well, as advertised. It lubes well, and has stayed in place for many months.

I've used T-9 Boeshield for years, penetrates in and turns into a waxy coating that holds up for quite a while.
