Waxing off those tough spots

I am using Zymol of the 02 Caravan and there are number of different white (look like paint splats) that I can't see to get off. Any suggestions?

And, after waxing one section, it doesn't look any different then other sections. Last time I waxed was last year. Can't be right eh?

Please advise.

Rub harder and try eagle 1 nano wax. I noticed a difference on a pewter truck.

sprinkle corn starch on the spots and buff it off.
