I noticed a warning on the diesel pump at the BP station I get my diesel from. It basically said that the fuel from that pump contained low sulfar at 550ppm and is not supposed to be used in any 2007 model vehicle or damage may result. I wonder how many will actually read that before they pump? No worry for me and my 91 VW Jetta TD, it runs fine along with a little Canola oil.

Yes it is pre ULSD as it is Low Sulfur. The problem with the Low Sulfur fuel is it will cause problems with the new catalyst and DPF filter/mufflers on the 2007 engine after-treatments. In another few weeks most stations are supposed to be pump Ultra Low, but that remains to be seen. There will also be a mix of Ultra Low and Low Sulfur fuels for a while. Anyone that buys a 2007MY engine should only buy diesel at high volume stations for the first few months, IMO.

Given the prices of injectors and pumps, anyone who runs diesel should only buy at high volume stations.

Ford MY '07 6.0L PSD is the only one that can use the old fuel.

Ford will come out with the 6.4L PSD in January 2007 as a MY 2008 that will be required to run only ULSD.
