Other than looking similar those two cars really have nothing in common. I saw this on Gearz a long long time ago.

For $130K it better come with a semitractor and a pretty decked out trailer to park it in. Like the one from Knight Rider.

If I had to have a Trans Am, make mine something in #3 condition with an actual Pontiac 400 and a Muncie 4-speed. I can even live without T-Tops if that'll keep it under $10K and still be real clean.

In my world, though...I'd rather be driving Buford's '76-'77 LeMans but in dark blue on blue.

Although I love the T/A, I have always had a fondness/prefreance to the Firebird FORMULA.
Here is mine(unrestored and still in the garage) that I bought new in '80 when my wife and I got married. We also had at that time, a '74 & '77 Camaro and a '79 FORMULA...All gone now!

Take a look! Picture was taken with a cell phone cam after driving through a dusty parking lot(with dust settled on the car) on Father's Day 2010. Not a "BANDIT" but, sinister just the same!

Never won the "Car of the Show" or "Best of Show" but, I have often won in my particular class, "STOCK". But too, the competition is tough. Lot's of nice cars out there to compete with.

I have won my class in a show in one year and gotten killed in other years at the same show. I don't show much anymore...It's a long day!
