Walther P99 AS

I finally found one and could not be happier (so much so I think I will go for a pair). Comes with two 15 round magazines, three different backstraps, three different front sights, and a magazine loader. Since Walther has separated from S&W and now has their own distribution network based in Arkansas, there should be more in the pipeline soon.

It is a 9MM; I owned a .40 in a 96FS (which is the the other caliber available in this pistol) years ago and did not like it much (the caliber that is). I reload my own and back then the bullet selection was not very plentiful (probably ok these days not counting the current shortages).
