The TX economy is really, really good right now. The energy sector is rapidly growing. So, there is no need for WM to aggressively discount things. Its a compliment, actually.
QSUD is still 10% less to Mobil's new prices. Here QS is the big seller in both syn and conventional. Pennzoil second. Mobil third with their conventional doing well.
It will be interesting on this price drop helps Mobil 1. It did help PP when they lowered to $22.
Castrol really sits on the shelf here.

same thing here... the only castrol that moves here is the dino and hm but for synthetics it's a tie between QSUD and PP with Synpower and M1 about tied for second and Castrol just sitting there with toy cars shrinkwrapped to the jugs waiting for someone to take them home
