Went to Target for my interview today, they are doing a job fair for the seasonal positions, I got one of them. Decent paying Part-time job, at $8/hour about 20-25 hours per week.Woohoo!

Thanks guys... I have come to a realization though that is kinda depressing. When we aren't working we have all the time in the world, and want money to buy toys.... But when we have a job, we have money to get toys, but no time to play with the toys... And I haven't even working a day yet. Oh well, welcome to reality. And There is a discount, I'm not quite sure what it is though. And if there are any oil sales I'll be sure to keep y'all posted!

Before you buy anything make sure to "pay yourself first" and put some away for "tomorrow" into some sort of savings you will never touch. I take it you are real young, trust me when I say you will thank me!

FTR: I'm not that old (27) but I know that I can retire comfortably in 30 years with a ton of cash to spend on whatever I want. I'm lookin' forward to it!

Congratulations! I grew up with pay the bank first (as in loan payment). Will be 50 soon and have little saved for retirement. Steve has some good advice.
