VOA for older oils

I was trying to find any post regarding VOA's for older oils that have been in storage for several years. I have some Pennzoil turbo oil from the 90's that has been in storage and was going to use in an older 70's station wagon.

Turbo oil from the 90's. Gotta wonder what the base oil is, group II? Wonder if anyone knows.

FWIW, Blackstone published some VOAs of "older" oils back in 2012, tho' it looks like 10W-40 Z-7 is the only Pennzoil brand tested (in the October newsletter).

Most newer oils are backwards compatible, so find the right weight your Vehicle needs and buy some new oil too. 20 some year old oil I would not recommend
