looks like they changed the ADBV design unless this is specific to this filter. looks great though.Looks very well made.
I do see a little light through the bypass valve.
Not sure how much that really matters as it seems they all leak

I don't really know what the efficiency is. I see 99% from 25 to 42 microns. 25-30 is ok for me. Much more than that would be a no-go.Looks good, louvers are open. If you’re happy with the efficiency run em!
At this point I'd be willing to pay good money for a quality baseplate adapter with a proper bypass built-in that i could mount a good filter without the bypass.Another massive failure.
Thanks for the c&p![]()
You know I was just ribbing youAt this point I'd be willing to pay good money for a quality baseplate adapter with a proper bypass built-in that i could mount a good filter without the bypass.
more than likely it is 99% >46umI don't really know what the efficiency is. I see 99% from 25 to 42 microns. 25-30 is ok for me. Much more than that would be a no-go.
As of late, I've been checking all of my PL/L14610 filters and equivalents (Bosch 3323), all good for me too. I have flashlight test pics from my last BP3323 c&p, but as it showed no light I didn't bother posting them.... The 2 I checked have zero light.
The PL/L14610,14612 and equivalents (US Bosch 3323) and Sae thread 14477,14476 use the type adbv shown. The central part of the adbv is narrower than the larger Puro filters.looks like they changed the ADBV design unless this is specific to this filter. looks great though.
interesting, thank you for the information! The PL/L14610, 14612 and equivalents (US Bosch 3323) and sae thread 14477, 14476 use the type adbv shown. The central part of the adbv is narrower than the larger Puro filters.
You're welcome.interesting, thank you for the information!
Still a metal-to-metal "seal". If it was actuated a couple of times maybe it would seal better, like what Ascent found in his bubble point test.I do see a little light through the bypass valve.
