Same, it was a real shame. I really enjoy the detail he goes into with bodywork. Cant say I share a passion for the last gen Grand Am's like he does, but to each his own.

The building owner has insurance, not him. His cars luckily only have a couple thousand worth of damage.

This guy does some very good top quality work. Hate to see that happen to him.
Does he know why? A guess would be a nice battery tool. Never store an Li battery in a shop.

In the burn down tour he made some comments about the owner of the building that made me think that he or his family is the owner of the business. I do like his "boring builds" and his expert level sarcasm. In the comments he mentioned that, even in forced change situations like this, he's always wound up better off.
