This would be for typical auto chassis and driveline applications calling for nlgi 2 lb-gc greases.

My assumption is the less-expensive Valvoline Palladium grease isn't as good in the cold, yet is quite fine in warmer climes. In Michigan? At $6.99 per tube on Amazon right now, use Palladium with confidence. That's my 2 cents...
