Isnt group III "synthetic"?. So no, I dont believe AC is group III. Maxlife is semisynthetic and cheaper then Durablend.

Have any documentation that Group I exists in All Climate 5W-20/30 or 10w30?

You can probably use rebated Maxlife for a long time. If you do the free 5 qt rebate then you get $5 off on the next 6. I'm using it as long as that combination keeps it priced below $1 gt.

Yea, look at the MSDS! 10w30 is all group I, 5w30 is all group II.

So poster Dominic is wrong about the 5w30 being mainly Group I.
I have heard that Maxlife is what All Climate should have been. MSDSs showed AC to be all Group I, but that was SL. I don't know if it changed for SM.
I think it did Paul. Both 5w-20 and 5w30 state this in the materials section of the MSDS:
