Is necessary do a valve regulation after 100.000 km or they adjust automatically ?

I ask this because I noticed that my car on the hills or when I accelerate at low speed of engine I hear a metallic noise which I think are the valves.

Exactly the car is KIA Spectra 2006.

That's basically a Hyundai Elantra wearing a Kia badge. The Beta engine in that car has hydraulic valve lash adjusters that adjust automatically. It also has intake-only variable valve timing.

The Beta never was a particularly quiet engine. It was pretty powerful and fuel-efficient for its time, though.

I'd say it's par for the course for this engine, and don't mind it unless it changes.

It sounds like pinging, try a little higher octane fuel and get some Redline SI-1 to add to the fuel to clean up the injectors, combustion chambers and valve stems.

Amazon has Redline for $10 a bottle with free shipping.

Valves noise would not respond to load on the engine.
Spark knock is probably what you hear. Try a good in tank cleaner [Techrom type].
Maybe go up a grade in fuel from 87 to 89, if you have to.
An occasional knock is OK.
Make sure the car is no running hot - stuck thermostat, bad fan, water pump, etc..

Well I just put AMSOIL PI in the tank before OCI I have 20.000 KM on this oil.

I will see how it goes.

The noise is mainly when the car is cold.

That's a relevant difference.
You could be dealing with carbon build up causing combustion chamber noise like on the Cadillac N* or piston slap.
Does it make any noise at idle cold when first started that sounds like a slight knocking noise?

The noise is very metallic noise and yes when I start the car at idle I can hear a slight noise, maybe because the car is more accelerated when is cold, when I get out from the garage there is a hill, there the noise is laud.

Anything else?

It is a tick and it comes when the engine is cold and is loaded for example when I go up to the hill or when I accelerate at low speed of engine.

No But I put AMSOIL PI last week end, now I did 150 Km seems that is getting better yesterday when I got out from the garage I did not hear any tickling with cold engine.

But is too early to say.

It is a tick.

It sounds like you have may a lash adjuster/lifter ticking when cold.
The most readily available product that may help is MMO.
Add 16oz to the oil and drive it.
It may take some time at that dosage but its harmless enough that you can run it a full OCI and it may just clear that up for you.

Edit: There are more powerful cleaners on the market but none you can buy locally. Kreen and Pro-Tec are the most powerful for this issue, but try MMO first.

Definitely is getting better I think it was a carbon oxide on the valves that now with PI is going away.

I add every tank 2 cycle oil which helps a lot against the carbon oxide deposit in fact the injector were in good condition because I had no problems on the response of car.

But after 20.000 km there is a build up of carbon oxide on the valves anyway seems.

In the past without 2 cycle oil in the tank after 10.000 km I started have problem on the acceleration due to the injectors that started to become dirty.
