In Delaware my options seem to be limited as to having my vehicles rustproofed at a shop. One shop uses ValuGard products.

MOST undercoating do NOT displace moisture, but this product does (or so they claim). If you run a search for Delaware, I see a LOT of shops. Just a suggestion.

My truck has been done with NH Coatings in the past when I lived in NY. In DE far less shops do rustproofing/undercoating. If ValuGard was as good as NH Coatings then I would consider it as it's not far in distance.
I think it's a no-go as the company is unsure of the adhesion if there is any NH Coatings still on the truck.
