I am new to grease (read: know nothing other than a quick scan of the sticky).
I am thinking of lubing all my hinges and latches on my camry.
I got a pot of Valplex M at the local here today, its a NLGI 2 lithium complex with 3% molybdenum disulphide and extreme pressure additive.
It sounds like serious stuff so I just wanted to know if its ok to use for my very basic application. There is virtually no grease on the hinges and latches any more.
Can I use it to grease the gas strut shaft that lifts the bonnet up?
