I used to repair forklifts, 2,000 was the last year I worked ,The company I worked repaired forklifts at Guittard chocolate ,Guittard used the highest quality products the facility was always sanitary and spotless, you could eat off the floor anywhere ! Sees candy SSF used Guittard chocolate and I on occasion would go there for warranty work on their equipment. Again Sees was always spotless clean and sanitary. I eat Sees candy and Guittard chocolate with a smile on my face.

Check out Ethel M chocolate. Plant is right here in Vegas (actually Henderson but close enough) and is very clean. The entire factory is open to glass that the public can walk by at any time. Been there a few times.
