It's supposed to have a TBN of 8, 300 ppm moly, 2500 ppm Calcium, 830 ppm zinc, and 760 ppm phos. Hmmmmmm

I was just comparing it to the Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 that John posted earlier (Thanks John for these reports!) and it looks pretty similar. Valvoline MaxLife has more moly but the PP has a little more boron but other than that pretty comparable on paper. Has anyone seen a VOA or UOA of the Valvoline MaxLife Syn. Blend?

The older SL looked quite a bit better -- on paper anyways.
