I have a black bumper cover that is completely sandblasted from being a highway car. It really needs stripped, sanded and repainted, but the person just wants anything done to improve its appearance. The last dark navy blue I compounded with SSR1 and a microfiber, the pits always had a permenant white oxide embedded into them that no power washer, brush, chemical would remove.
Can I accomplish any level of correction with a microfiber and water?
