Uses for Hand Cleaner

I have a plunger type hand cleaner dispenser in my garage. It always leaves the last 25% in the can because the remaining weight isn't sufficient to feed the plunger. I hate to waste it. The remainder seems to work well for laundry pre-soak, cleaning the stainless kitchen sink.

Has anyone else found other uses for hand cleaner besides hands?

I'd probably just set an old can aside and empty the leftovers into it every time you change it out. Eventually you'll have a full can.

Can you add some water to thin it out a bit? Otherwise I'd put it in a squeeze container with a lid with a hole large enough for it to flow out.

For all roundball and patch blackpowder/muzzleloader shooters, the white Permatex Hand Cleaner with lanolin makes a great patch lube.

Great for cleaning the outside of charcoal/gas grills.

I generally try to figure out a way to use leftover product as originally intended. What makes this difficult is that the dispenser takes from the top of the container and you generally want to use the oldest product first.

So I might get a new container, use it for a while until there is some room in the new container, then add the old on top of the new and continue.

If you're talking about the white Gojo hand cleaner, that stuff is excellent for cleaning rubber air hoses and vinyl plier grips. How about that tire inflator with the rubber hose ? I can make that thing look brand new with Gojo.
