Used CarQuest Extended Performance EP P85348 oil filter cut open

Taken off my 2006 Toyota Sienna after a 6,436 mile OCI of Amsoil High Mileage 5W-30. Engine had 259,957 miles on it when I removed it.

I like the quality that I see, plus it is very clean inside, hardly any dirt / carbon in the bottom of the filter. Every OCI there seems to be less dirt / carbon in the filter (since I bought it at 200k miles).

Have you been running amsoil for all of the 60k you've owned it. Wouldn't be surprising it's so clean looking.

A good chunk of the time yes. And now it is running Amsoil Signature Series. The filters have been extra clean since I ran Amsoil Engine Flush through it. With the exception of that filter that the flush was used on.

I just picked up one of these EP's for the Navigator. That one is made in Vietnam. Anyone know if the China COO also has reinforced media? Looks good & thanks for the C&P. That is some mileage you've got on that van.

I would think so since they need to build it to the specification of the EP model.
