If the K9 unit is the one that stops you, you can say no till the cows come home. But if the dog alerts them to drugs in the car, you aren't going anywhere till they search it.

I think they call it "probable cause".

Don't pay too much for the car. That guy in the white shirt and extra gold jewelry wants you to think that the sticker price is final gut theres room for DOWNWARD movement on that price (10%?)I'm sure more profit is earned on used rather than new cars by dealers. You can't go wrong with a COROLLA... GOOD LUCK !

The one good thing about rental car abuse is that with a bazillion different drivers they don't constantly get abused the same way.

With a private owner, there is a real possibility of a consistent pattern of abuse that will make a difference a year or two down the road.
