I have interest in a minivan but no hurry at all currently. Happened to do a search and see a 2022 Voyager for $19K with 65K miles on it. Two owners, about the first 30K was rental in Florida, next 35K was private in TX and then CA. Carfax says no accidents and has oil changes every about 6k and a coolant "flush" at a quickie lube at 45K. Bought at auction and being sold at a well-known local used car dealer.

What should I worry about and check thoroughly?

Check transaxle fluid & operation thoroughly, listen to the valvetrain very closely, especially wfully warmed up in drive. The 3.6 is prone to cam follower issues, & occasional rear cylinder head gasket issues. We have a company ‘12 Dodge GC that has cleared 200K of mostly fleet maintained highway miles with minimal issues, so they can last a long time if not abused.

Rattling and ticking noises? What should I listen for?

I don't know about the newer ones, but friends have had older ones and they drive them into the dirt with no problems and basic maintenance, like oil changes sort of on time. Many soccer moms abused them and they rusted out, looked like trash, before transmission and engines were a problem.
