I bought a 32 mm swaybar (1le front) for my 97z28,
Should I use poly endlinks, I already bought a set of energy suspension (poly, 15$ for two, ouch) but am worried they may squeek too much, then again i want the best handeling, The bushings appear to be a black poly or rubber, I can't tell.

Can i use any type of grease i have around the house to lubricate these things? Such as white lithium or regular? also, is the endlink the same size as stock? I am a little worried it may need to be different.

Polyureathane rubber bushings are good if you want positive, improved response.

No, you shouldn't use grease of any sort. The package comes with some viscous silicon grease and that is highly recommended (less washoffs). Relubricate every year.

They do make greaseable poly bushing kits. Energy Suspension makes those and I have them on my Jeep. Even on the stock swaybars, they improved the handling.

Energy Suspension poly bushings are great. I've had a set on the rear of an Explorer for over 2 years now, with no squeaking at all. They do require lube though. If you don't have any lube that Energy supplies, use brake slide lubricant on the bushings. It's very similiar if not identical to the Energy lube.(Very sticky and waterproof.)

You can also wrap a couple things of teflon pipe tape arounf the bar for the "d-brakcet bushings" this in addition to the grease helps control squeaks. A good grease to follow up with would be a marine grade grease that doesn't wash out. The black poly bushigns are the better ones because they have impregnated graphite in the poly to help with noise.

however, if they are traditional type endlinks (The kinds with the bolt and metal washers and the bushigs with hole in the middle), you are not supposed to lube endlinks as far as I know. That's straight form energy susp intructions. Make sure they aren't tightened too much where the bushings are compressed or squished.

I got the 1le bar put on with the energy suspension poly bushings. They don't squeak at all and It feels a lot stabler on turns. Any point in changing my rear bushings? They are the stock rubber ones and the rubber is in bad condition, I think i may do that next.

They said not to grease on the box so i didnt.
