$62.09 when I ordered ($5.17 per filter). They went up from $57 and some change when I was considering them so I pulled the trigger. $63.25 as of this post.
Nice score! Quality filters. They seem to fluctuate between $52-$62 per case.

Guess I'm behind on current spin-on filter quality and all since my cars are cartridge style. I do change oil for a few folks that have spin-ons. I have been using the MicroGuard Selects from O'Reillys since these were the forum darling not that long ago, but are these that much better? They seem cheaper since I'm currently paying an average of $9 for the MGs. Learn me y'all.
not really better but I have noticed the Pentius PLXL are cleaner built from the ones I have seen cut open.

I ordered these, but Amazon sent the PLB7317 version instead. They are going back, and I plan to order the proper PLXL7317 instead.
Whip City Wrencher on the Tube cut open both the PLB and PLXLside by side. The PLB's don't seem like anything special, but the XL's look like quality made filters. I am a simple man and only ask that if I pay for something it perform as advertised. Hopefully these Pentius' fit the bill.
Since I have 12 now I am going to buy a filter cutter to compare the Endurance(s) that I have on now to the first of these to come off.
