I'm surprised he didn't quit when the bogus suspension happened earlier this year-and, no, I'm no Ohio State fan! Although, Urban's alma mater is Univ. of Cincinnati, so maybe I have a little bias.
There's been speculation ( if not more than speculation ) that the cyst on his brain ( for which he was operated on four years ago ) is the main reason. He's had headaches and related problems for some time.

Heart problems. Now head problems. The only cure will be the Green Bay job I think. Poor guy.
Well if you found out that your wife was, allegedly, sleeping with former players you'd have heart problems as well.
You should tread lightly Penn State is not an institution which should be judgemental. It crowned a King and his minions should be strung from the gallows and your football program should be on a death penalty until next decade.
While I think Meyer's health issues are legitimate, I think you can comfortably say that his use of these issues in the past have been less than completely legitimate...so seeing him pop up in Green Bay or elsewhere wouldn't be all that surprising.
Perhaps at age 54 he just wants a break from the stress & pressure of being a big time football coach before the next phase of his life which could be more football, or could be something else.
Not all successful folks want to continue on forever in the work where they achieved all of that success, particularly if it is a job with the hours that a big-time football coach has to work. Just a thought.
