Going to buff up some brand new used (very nice junkyard find) headlamps for a family member’s beater truck. In the past I’ve used meguiars headlight protector spray with decent results any reason to pick a different product? Specifically anything as easy to use with better effectiveness?

The Sylvania headlight restoration sealant is not a spray, but it works better IMO than the UPOL clearcoat.

The very best product is an expensive 2-part clearcoat like SprayMAX 2K, but you can't store it long after the catalyst is mixed with the base clearcoat.

Spraymax sells a different part numbers for headlights if it's any different I have no idea

https://a.co/d/ensotKc it's instructions ask to sand the lenses and finish with 3k. It contains isocyanates so need good eye/respiratory protection.

I am putting new lenses on my car so going to add this clear

The sylvania kit is downright cheap but then again even the fancy spray max is cheap compared to new lamps. Is it substantially better? I’d love an easy and simple application but I’d also love a durable result.
