Upload Picture with new post

I would like to upload a picture with my post and i have no idea how to do it. Instructions say to go to file mansger but i cannot find file manager.Any help would be appreciated

Sign up for imageshack, upload picture to that. From there you post the link to your picture and it will display it on this site.


There will be a bunch of links on imageshack just copy and paste forum link and put it in your post here.


Hopefully that made sense I just got home from work.
