Universal averages

What are the "universal averages" that appear on the Blackstone reports? They seem to vary significantly from report to report. For instance, the moly content in the following two reports:

These averages are constantly changing, because everytime a new report is done on the same engine, it then changes the average wear metals, along with the average oil change interval too. It's important to know what the average interval is, because if your report is for a 7k interval but the averages are calculated based on an average of 4k intervals, your numbers might appear to be bad but they really aren't.
