I would be comfortable using it. Our health coverage at work has a $40 co-pay for telemedicine.
This is $70 for you and your family and your pets. That’s pretty low. I can’t find much about it online.

Do you spend more then $840 a year on doctor and vet only bills? This is the price of the doctor. It doesnt include anything else like lab tests, medications, urgent care, ya da ya da.... just the doctors salary which isnt much I would think and can only prescribe meds for common aliments.
Ive always had traditional health ins, as well as my wife, I can barely recall a time that we would ever have needed this type of service and its free to us if we ever needed it.
Ps. take my comments with a grain of salt. Just my thoughts, I know nothing about it.

Free? Nice. We rarely go to the doctor.
